PROFILE- METAL MANUFACTURE
All Construction Engineering manufactures to specification most ferrous and stainless steel component for heavy industry. We are strategically located in an industrial complex with galvanising and painting operations nearby. We also have strong alliances with additional processing operations including profiling, rolling and pressing and machining.
We have highly qualified manufacture staff with supporting documentation including weld procedures and welder qualifications. Manufacture data reports with full tractability can be produced if requested to meet any standard including AS1554, AS4041 and AS1210.
Manufacturing Output:
As a guide we can produce the following output with the assistance of external pre-processing. A lead time of approximately 2 
week would need to be added to the times below.
Heavy Structural steel: 50 Tonnes per week.
Complicated Chute work: 15 Tonnes per week.
Pipe work: 15 Tonnes per week
We are happy to review any manufacturing project and offer solution to manufacturing needs.
Post Manufacture Testing and Surface Treatment and Records: 
We have ready access to NATA registered non destructive testing through Bureau Veritas local testing services. Die penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic and Gama Radiograph testing are readily available.
Galvanising and industrial painting finishes are generally applied to complete fabrications. QA and/or Certificate of compliance are available on request for these surface finishes.
Trial assembly of completed arrangement can also be carried out on request to ensure any design, detailing or manufacturing errors are corrected before delivery.
Full quality assurance documentation can be generated if requested to cover any client requirements.
