Steel fabrication profile
All Construction Engineering manufactures most ferrous and stainless steel components for heavy industry to specification.
We are strategically located in an industrial complex with galvanising and painting operations nearby. We also maintain strong alliances with processing operations for profiling, rolling, pressing and machining.
Our manufacturing staff are supported by weld procedures and welder qualifications. Manufacturing data reports with full traceability can be produced when requested to meet standards including AS 1554, AS 4041 and AS 1210.

Testing and records
We have ready access to NATA-registered non-destructive testing through Bureau Veritas local testing services. Dye penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic and gamma radiograph testing are readily available.
Galvanising and industrial painting finishes are generally applied to complete fabrications. Quality assurance records and certificates of compliance are available on request for these surface finishes.
Trial assembly can be carried out on request so design, detailing or manufacturing errors can be corrected before delivery. Full quality assurance documentation can also be generated to cover client requirements.
Typical manufacturing experience
Manildra Group. Design, manufacture and installation of 350 tonnes of galvanised heavy structural steel beams and columns for a five-storey industrial building project.
BHP Billiton. Manufacture of a coal washery process sump including alumina wear tiles and a machined sump base.
Cove Engineering. Manufacture and trial assembly of a dewatering chute assembly including machined surfaces.
Manufacture and installation of the main air bifurcation duct.
John Holland. Detailed design, manufacture and installation of access stairways and platforms around the flour mill complex.
BlueScope Steel. Manufacture and installation of 316 stainless steel pipework for the main mill 3MV drive motors.
